Cox Interceptor for Webmail

Is anyone still having a problem with the Cox Interceptor kicking in after logging in to webmail or email?

It is still doing it to me and since I am on Cox East , It won't let me use any of the different ways I have tried in the address bar.

I have removed cookies, cleaned the DNS.  I am getting tired of this Cox Interceptor. Help!
