Recent problems with watching twitch.tv

Hello, yesterday, out of the blue, twitch started doing this thing where it keeps buffering or freezing every 5 - 10 seconds.  It's basically unusable now and I was wonder if something is going on on Cox's end.  Of course there are stories of ISPs throttling certain websites, but I don't want to jump to that conclusion just yet.  I hope you can help me.  Thanks!

Edit: It looks like twitch has acknowledged it's aware of the issue.  Feel free to delete this.
