Just checked and Harmony remotes now have the Cox Minibox in their database. It's listed as an "Evolution DMS2344UHDS". Added it as a device on my Harmony 650 and all functions work as they should. If you have a Harmony remote, you can get rid of the awful remote that comes with the Minibox

I have a Samsung Smart TV. I just signed up for Amazon Prime which includes movies. Do you support this out of Meriden CT and if so what do I need to do to access those movies via Cox on my TV? Thanks Andy C

I've got Internet Essentials and have a Motorola SB5120 modem (which is probably a bit long in the tooth). Everything works fine, except when there is a large amount of network traffic because of a large download, such as downloading Steam games or (at the moment) updating the maps on a GPS unit. Wh

Chris for the response. But I think an open question about how to get someone at Cox to respond is fair game. There is a reason why it is a cliche that cable service is horrible. There is no apparent way to escalate legitimate issues for resolution. Tim
