SLOOOOW Inet Speed

Ran rgw I-Net speed test and I am getting about 5 Mbps Download and about 18 Mbps upload-- That's horrible and results in a lot of buffering 

Reset the modem but same result- Using a Linksys EA7500 router Download speed test from router are even worse
