Plugin for laptop

I DL'd the Cox Connect app on our Windows 8 laptop. It loads to show the COX word clusters at the page bottom and also allows me to login. Once I login, it shows the Filter and Settings widgets but in the center says that it can't load the plugin. Any way to fix this or did I do something wrong in setup? Thank you.
