Cost of services

Sign price freeze with cox for two year cost freeze . After signing agreement that included me being charged a significant fee if I

Dropped or changed any of my services they discontinued the contract.without any acknowledgment and after I caught the increase

on my bill I was told the cost to provide service was more costly so they decided not to honor the contract .if was to not honor the 

contract they would have charged me a early termination $penalty . I have been the Cox for 10 years  ,  I will do everything in my power

to never do business with this / that company again !!!!!! Iam just one customer, but Cox is nothing without customers .that is a fact
