Manchester CT - Saturday cable and DVR problems EVERY SATURDAY!

Anyone else in the Manchester area have problems with their TV viewing and DVR functionality?  Every single Saturday for the last month TV viewing has been next to impossible.  Not only does the screen constantly freeze, but the dvr function is next to impossible to navigate.  Changing channels sometimes takes minutes.  

This ONLY happens on Saturday.  Which makes college football and now basketball a thoroughly frustrating experience.

Just wondering if there are any other customers in Manchester who face the same issues?
