USA channel, 2 weeks straight problem recording

2 weeks in a row I had Burn Notice set to record automatically, both times failed due to "not having permission for the channel or having not ordered pay-per-view event". This used to happen a lot, but recently seemed to have stopped, but both weeks did this. I was able to record the shows, since USA repeats them at different times, but I am getting tired of this.
