Auto-recording a Keyword Search

I have the Cisco Whole-Home DVR (8642HDC) and can't figure out how to auto-record a Keyword search. I find references on the Cox site which I believe are for previous boxes, but the techniques don't work. In fact, my URC-8820-MOTO remote don't even have the referenced buttons. I can do the search and save the search, but I'm never given the option to record a "series" based on the keyword. I can't believe how few people use this feature or even know about it -- people at the Cox store had never heard of this feature.

Possible uses would be to automatically record all shows having "Sandra Bullock" in the info, or record all the basketball games of the University of Louisville.
