My Cox panoramic router/modem noticeably buzzes all the time. I got a replacement and had the same problem. Do others have the same problem? I don't rent the unit (it is part of the 1 year package i got), but I am thinking about buying my own router/modem that doesn't buzz

Edmond, OK - 58 Hour Outage and Counting
Has anybody received any information regarding the outage in Edmond, OK? I’ve been without wifi since Tuesday 25th 10pm with NO updates from Cox since Wednesday 26th 10am. I’ve called customer support and all they can tell me is there’s no ETA.

Overpaying for internet speed
I have started in December with 30mpbs download speed - but I was only getting 2 or 5 mbps and occasionally a range up to 20mpbs Made an upgrade to 150 mbps and sometimes I get 20- sometimes 60. How do I fix this?! Called customer support multiple times
