My Cox Panoramic WiFi app is not allowing me to change my WiFi password. The App says I am “offline” but that’s not correct, I have internet. I just want to change my WiFi password. OK so I guess it was my turn with this firmware issue. On Thursday Cox was doing some maintenance in my area and now my modem wont connect. They even said they can't see my modem now. I've seen past post about 6183 did anyone get an answer about the firmware question.
