My internet has been out all day. What is the problem?

Outage yet AGAIN!!! It’s been on and off for 4 days since 8/10. WTH!!!??? 🤦‍♂️

No mf internet And it's been this way for a couple of days I want my money back And a new service ....So frustrating ughhhh

Is it normal for my upload speed to be down for the last 2-3 days? There was maintenance about two hours ago, but it appears to have done nothing.

Every single day since July 20th there is an unexpected Internet outage in my area. EVERY DAY! The outage is last anywhere from 4 to 7 hours per day, absolutely horrendous, and unacceptable! What exactly am I paying for??

$185+/month for this??? Constant daily outages. Can't even post to your site. And you're constantly advertising to switch to Cox for my cell service? You think I'm stupid, don't you?

My internet service keeps dropping. I've reset my router multiple times and thought it was my network. But my service keeps going in and out which is irritating

Cox has absolutely the worst internet connectivity out of all providers. 20 outages in ONE month is unheard of. Almost every afternoon modem will suddenly lose connection and you can’t do anything about it. All you can do is: ask for a technician, they will come and change the cable and wiring, but

My internet goes out daily due to outages… I shouldn’t have to pay full price when I can’t enjoy my WiFi. I’ll be looking into another company very soon.
