Internet outage
Every single day since July 20th there is an unexpected Internet outage in my area. EVERY DAY! The outage is last anywhere from 4 to 7 hours per day, absolutely horrendous, and unacceptable! What exactly am I paying for??

I want to know why my Wi-Fi has been down three days in a row, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. And after it’s supposedly been fixed, it performs intermittently and I am getting sick and tired of it! I have an ATT fiber brochure right here in front of me that I have been considering— I think it’s more than a consideration at this point. Do something to fix this, PLEASE!!

I agree all of a sudden there are more outages and we get no refund or anything. Some if us work from home the wifi goes out I cannot work.

My service has been down for 5 days in a row, everyday I get a text from Cox saying sorry they are working on it…They can’t fix it in 5 days?? WTH
