Since Tuesday, April 11, 2023 when Cox was working in the Smithfield RI area several channels are now scrambling a little /pixelating every few minutes. Technician came on Thursday April 13, but still having the issue. Anyone else?

Can you mix wired and wireless contour boxes?
I would like to add a tv to my existing service. My other boxes are all wired. My new location does not have access to a cable outlet. Can I add a wireless contour box? Chat has led me to believe that I cannot and will need to swap out all my boxes and internet modem/router to wireless only. Is this

Remote not responding since pairing w/speaker
XR15 contour remote, LG tv. Just bought a Bose tv speaker and all went well with the setup- optical cable. After the setup so that contour remote can control the speaker, we can no longer power on/off, or choose source with the contour remote. Any ideas to fix?

Contour saved recording reverts back to start when fast forward

2023 Contour HDMI audio level
Just got a new 2023 Contour STB to replace the failed 12 month old Contour STB (old unit had a clock, record LED & power button). The new unit has a much lower HDMI audio level than the old and other HDMI signals. None of the audio setup options change the level.
