CONTOUR REMOTE AND ROKU HOME SCREEN

On my new TCL ROKU TV, the Contour remote will control on/off, volume, inputs, guide, etc. basically everything EXCEPT the Roku home screen. Is there a way to get the Contour remote to navigate the Roku home screen or is that just a no go? Thanks

Contour Remote "ALL" button won't control TV

Just bought a new TCL Roku TV and a Vizio soundbar that is connected via optical cable. The TV button will turn on and off the TV (all good there). However the ALL button will only turn on and off the soundbar. Everything else works exactly as expected. How do I get the ALL button to turn the TV off

which cable splitter is best for 4k on COX

My internet (500Mb down, 50 up) works fine, the tv signal tested fine until after a 3way splitter and it stops working several times a week for the 3 tvs, one new main box, two mini boxes. 3 service calls with new main box replacement, street connector redone, signal tests fine through the internet

Netflix streaming dropping, says my internet is out and then I have to reset box. I have been having internet issues for several weeks. Cox won’t help. They keep saying to check my connections.

After they said to check my connections for like the fourth time, I replaced the splitter with an identical part and also the coax cable between the splitter and wall. Good morning! I've noticed that Contour is no longer updating every morning around 4 a.m. The last time I noticed it updating was Wednesday, August 16. Here, in the Virginia Beach area where I live, we had a cable outage last Tuesday around 6 p.m., so I don't know if that had anything to do with it,
