Yes, I have checked all of the coaxial’s connections for tightness. Along with a replacement box…several refreshes … I’m at a loss. Both ESPN HDs, AE, Movie Plex all show the XRE-03059 code. Any help? Yeah I agree 1st world problems yada yada,lol WPS

All my other channels have sound.

When accessing CNN or HLN, get the message that it’s not available, and to try again. A code is shown of QRE 03059. It doesn’t do it all the time but a lot.

Some episodes of shows offered by Acorn are still not available through Cox Contour. For example, the show London Kills only offers one episode from Season 1, episode 3 and three episodes from Season 2, episodes 2, 3 & 4. Why does this happen? Other episodes from some shows are free through my Acorn

As of June 28, was told by support site chatbot and Cox complete care that DVR service is down and was expected to be up at 6pm that night and as of June 29 dvr recording still won’t work and get the XRE-06027 message on screen.
