Closed captioning is turned off in settings, but channel 4 is still showing closed captioning. I think it's being broadcast that way. Is everyone else seeing this?

For the past few days The Cowboy Channel won't work. Every time I try it I get an error. Plus, I'm in website hell as I keep going in circles and can't find a phone number to call anyone for help. Cox sure charges a lot - for crappy service.

Yesterday (July 6) evening this channel generated a “This channel is temporarily unavailable” XRE-03136 error. The same thing is happening today. Do you have an estimated time/date when the channel will return? Is this issue related to the CNN, HLN, etc. channels also not being able to access?

I was just told that the issue is from the network provider, they are having trouble broadcasting the channel to Cox.
