What in the world is up with this error? Remote tech tried everything and got nowhere. Reset everything all the way to the modem. No joy.

GRIT channel (channel 94) in our cable area has been replaced. Can anyone tell me where it is now?

DAZN keeps freezing and disconnecting when viewed on Contour. This is the only service that has such poor connectivity. I can watch via cell phone or PC with no problems. Contour needs to step up and fix this or I'm going to find another way to watch TV

I've been having a problem with my TV going out in the middle of the night. There are some of us that can't sleep at night, so we stay up watching TV. This week the TV has gone out every night and give a message that the connection has gone out. I follow the on screen instructions but nothing works.

My DVRd recordings were deleted last week for some reason. The agent gave me steps to recover them but they’re confusing if you’re not computer savvy. Has anyone else had this problem & if so how was it resolved?

I've reset my cable box and it still shows "No Information" instead of the show description for every program on every channel.

When will Cox add REELZ?? All OTHER major cable providers have this channel yet Cox does not. Typical - Cox gives their customers nothing new when it comes to new channels or shows.

Where can I report a spotty outage? The app keeps telling me that everything is good but all the programs I try freeze.

When and what channel will KMCC 34.1 (Scripps Sports = Vegas Golden Knights) be added to the Cox channel lineup? I'm missing the replays of the Stanley Cup finals and I'm paying a lot for cable TV.
