DVR Back Up
Why can't my recorded programs be transfered to a new DVR? There isn't a hard drive in the world that cant be backed up. There is no technical reason.

Hi, we do offer a Cloud DVR service if you're interested in that. You can back up your recordings there. https://www.cox.com/residential/tv/streaming-devices.html. I'm so sorry but we don't offer the transfer of recorded programs from one DVR to another. You can also get an external hard drive, a SATA hard drive and connect it to your current DVR.
