Phone tools
Phone tools call history still not working since Jan 8 after repeated calls & chats to Cox. Was told this is a nationwide problem which would be resolved in 72 hours. It was escalated higher up with a ticket #. Still not working.

Phone must be rebooted after every Voice Everywhere update
We have been Cox customers for over 30 years. Currently our phone, Internet, and TV are all provided by Cox. All worked well until Cox introduced the Voice Everywhere app. We now have regular phone outages (we hear a busy signal), especially after each new update of the app. To restore phone service

When will the Cox Connect app show call history once again for customers that have been migrated to the "Voice" feature? When will simultaneous ring be activated in the North Scottsdale, AZ area? Nomorobe and Simultaneous Ring both appear as a new feature in my phone service (which is Premiere) under "My Account", however when I go to Phone Tools to complete the Noborobo signup, Simultaneous Ring does not appear under

TV Caller ID not working. . .again
My TV Caller ID has not working since 1/29/19. I've rebooted the STB and confirmed that the feature is enabled with the remote. At wits end with unwanted calls
I would like for Cox to help actually end unwanted telemarketing and scam calls- from spoofed numbers. Over the past three days my phone has been rung eleven times- each spoofed numbers.... Does Cox Internet stay up as long as Cox Phone during a power outage?
I've been thinking of switching from Cox phone to another voip service like OOMA or Obi with Google Voice.
