Caller ID time off by 8 minutes.

Times shown on my home phones and answering machine show the time that is about 8 minutes earlier than the time shown by NIST or WWV (the US time standards).  For example, I call home at 6:20pm and the caller ID shows 6:12pm.  Granted, not a huge problem, but irritating and shows as possible time server issue on Cox's equipment.

Thanks, but no thanks, Lisa. I’m not giving up my password, etc for someone to get into my account again. I went through enough getting my call history fixed a few months ago.

The times in my call log history in Voice Tools is still an hour earlier than the actual times of the calls except for the voice mail entries which are correct.  I've had an open ticket on this issue for over three weeks.  I was told it was a system issue at first and appeared to be resolved, but later it was identified that some accounts were not corrected with the patch deployment. These have to be addressed on an account by account basis.  I've not been told why it is taking so long to resolve this known issue.
