Nomorobo is blocking a valid number. Is there a white list?
I have someone trying to call and he keeps getting blocked by robo. Is it possible for me to indicate that the number is 'OK'? Can I create a personal 'white list'?

NOMOROBO 100% ineffective so far
I've had NOMOROBO for a few weeks now and it hasn't blocked a single call. I report the numbers to NOMOROBO; some of them are repeat offenders, but it doesn't seem to help. I'm grateful that Cox provides this service but so far it hasn't done anything to block robocallers. Just venting.

iPhone emails once again will not send through Cox
This is a copy of a forum post from over a year ago. I have had this issue twice before and with enough pressure on Cox support they managed to fix their broken system. Come on Cox, do your job and fix this problem once again! FYI I am on port 465. If I am on a Cox wifi outgoing mail works. Same on

Missing from Call History.....
Several important calls I've made to different companies on multiple days have not displayed in Call History. Today 4-10-19 I called Cox & a message came on about an outage in my area with phone service & TV, But I was on the phone with Cox while watching my TV........Earth to Cox,,anyone home???

Certain TV channels to lock up / won't load. Examples MASN2 135 and all HBO channels 1399-1313 will sometimes start after a short delay, but the freeze after about 1/2 second the go back to scrolling dots
