I have readable voicemail selected. Only a few of the voicemails show up in readable form. The ones that do appear do so without the phone ever ringing.

Porting Home Phone
I made arrangements to have my home phone number ported over when I authorized my agreement to switch to cox cable. I was guaranteed that my number would be ported only to find out that they never made the official request with the other service provider to do so, so they took the lazy approach and

Cannot be heard by callers
Inbound callers cannot hear us talking after we answer! While talking to other caller suddenly cannot hear us any longer. Outbound calls are completed but we cannot be heard. The problem is intermittent.

My call history in voicetools has not logged incoming or outgoing calls since this morning, Sept 23 @ 8;12 AM. Anybody else having this problem? Moderators...can you please submit a ticket and let me know the status?

Landline disconnected, but I did not request it. Need it restored ASAP!
My landline phone has been disconnected, my bill is always paid on time. I cannot get a hold of Cox about this. Just got my latest bill today in the mail and it says "as requested on 9/4 a change was made to your phone service" I never requested this. How can I get in touch with someone from Cox as

Where do I plug in our home phone? I plugged it into the router, in Tel1 and there is no dial tone...
I also tried Tel2 and the phone jack in our home, no luck
