Where do I plug in our home phone? I plugged it into the router, in Tel1 and there is no dial tone...

I also tried Tel2 and the phone jack in our home, no luck

Landline - lost functionality

Cox recently (2-3 months) REMOVED the ”call forward NO answer” from residential service. I know their system is capable of it as it is listed as a feature for business accounts. Phone - Voice Tools - for over 4 weeks - No History & Settings yields: "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties to process your settings request. Please try again." COX - Please fix these breaks in service! Need to know who called and when.

Voice Tools - History - Outbound calls No CallerID, just phone number after mid June 2019

Have talked to several Reps and all say this was a "Feature Change" that happened mid june when new Voice tools add NoMORobo functionally. When I view my History, prior to mid June - All of my outbound calls still show CallerID data and after mid June only the Phone number. When I view the Voice Too

How many months have COX telephone customer representatives told me they are not seeing any negated issues on their end, eight months now? Do Not Answer Call Forwarding

After a few rings, if an incoming call was not answered it was forwarded to my cell phone. This has now stopped. The only option I see in Phone Tools is to forward all calls, What happened to the Do Not Answer Call Forwarding?

Can not get inbound phone calls. When ever someone tries to call me. They get your call not be completed at this time. Even though I can make outgoing calls.

Could I have some how accidentally blocked all incoming calls? Since like I said before that when someone tries to call me. They get your call not be completed at this time message. Even though I can make outbound calls.
