Why can't I delete my phone history
I can delete my phone and mail history on all my smart phones and it is time for Cox to get off their lazy butts and include a feature to do this on residential phones. You spend all your time and effort in trying to develop new technology in order to justify outrageous rate increases when you can't

Internet and phone going down
Our phone and Internet have been going down on a regular basis (five times in the last 2 weeks) as well as for 24 hours a month ago. I use the Voice Tools call history to report telemarketers and robocalls to NoMoRobo. Today I found the number listed for the robocaller is my phone number! Call waiting
FYI, despite what I read in this forum about a fix, call waiting keeps turning itself on after I toggle it off. Needless to say, this is extremely annoying. It's great to say you've fixed the problem, but it would be better if you actually did fix it.

iPad 4 and Cox app
I have an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3.3 and having problems with the Cox app on the device. When I download the app from the App Store it says I need an upgrade to a new version. When I try to upgrade to a new version it simply goes into a circular loop. What's going on?
