for some reason I can not reply to an email in my outlook unless it is another cox account. I can send and receive but I can't reply.

SB6121 D3 modem no longer supported?

Packet loss, slow upload speed
I am having packet loss and slow upload speed again. I had this issue a few weeks ago and a tech replaced the stuff on the outside of my house and it was better. I tried bypassing the router and connecting the computer directly to the modem.

December brings sudden download failures on Microsoft's Flight Simulator app and DSLReports speed test website.
I can't use Flight Sim because it can't complete an update but doesn't issue any error indicators. DSLReports issues error messages indicating test downloads failing. Lost Emails?
Anyone else have emails disappear from Cox WebMail? I signed into my account last night, read my emails & then signed out. This morning, when I went to respond they were all gone. In fact, my inbox has lost the last 2 weeks worth of saved emails. They are not in my trash or spam folder I checked. WT

Post Hurricane Ida performance
***Update since services came back online 3 weeks after Ida*** My speeds here in metairie, LA. Were consistently 500 my + for months before hurricane ida. After hurricane hit, speeds came back but were slow, leggy and intermittent were getting disconnected. However. Speeds have improved dramatically

why do i have to unplug my modem every time i want to use my xbox for it to connect?
New internet customer here and every time i turn on xbox one x it is never connected to the internet as it has always been with my previous isp. I have to physically unplug the modem then plug it back in and wait. After several minutes it will connect and stay connected. That is until I turn it off
