Is Cox still doing business with black listed Chinese company Huawei

The May 15th 2019 Exec Order blacklists Huawei for, among other things, continuous espionage against the US and its companies yet it is my understanding Cox Communications planned on using Huawei for its mobile network and cable and is still using their equipment in its infrastructure.

Frankly Un-American if true.
