why are all the requests about not being able to get into my "profile" in "my account using chrome all locked? but the problem is not fixed. my "profile" is between me and cox. why are 3rd parties in the mix??

2/01 Two momentary outages occurred today (so far) that booted me out of meetings. Can we meet third world levels of service on Cox yet?
