Only one upstream channel since September 9th area network maintenance.

Since the network maintenance in my area on September 9th ( La Vista, Nebraska ), my SB6183 modem only has 1 upstream channel instead of 4. I still have the internet speeds that I should be getting. Can anyone shed light on this? I'm aware they're my DNS servers.

I’ve been calling and texting COX here in Baton Rouge La. since Wednesday night. I have yet to log on to my account and not see “THERE’s An Outage in your area!” This is TERRIBLE.
