I can get the app to load onto the fire tablet but unable to see live video? I had to install the google play store onto the tablet in order to download. Is there a different way i should do this?

What is the best cost effective router to have in case I ever decide to upgrade to Gigablast? I currently have a Asus RT-N66R which has been reliable for me.

My internet cuts in and out all day long and every day. I have Ultimate Internet package and I have reset the modem, router, and everything else. Is it time to get COX out? I take online courses and I can't keep having this happen. Any suggestions?

So I'm hosting a minecraft server for me and my friends, but one of them got there IP banned by the automatic security system, and I can't unban them, nor find out information how, my other friends were approved just fine, but after deactivating the security, he still can't join, so I was wondering

Reaching about 17 hours of downtime on a Monday of all days. Customer support has been unhelpful and now they're telling me this is a planned outage. Would have been nice to have been notified beforehand. The last ETA was over 7 hours ago.

Our modem seems to reboot very night at around 2am and it's disruptive to our night owls activities. The modem is an Arris TG1682G that was obtained directly from Cox, and it's only since getting this modem that this has been happening.
