Internet services have been down all day. No ETA. What a joke

Reaching about 17 hours of downtime on a Monday of all days. Customer support has been unhelpful and now they're telling me this is a planned outage. Would have been nice to have been notified beforehand. The last ETA was over 7 hours ago.
