How much for internet services only?

So I moved into this new house on the first and I already had Cox prior to moving in. Since this property was remodeled there are no coaxial connections in the house. I live in San Diego so there are no technicians able to enter the property for who knows how long. I am currently stuck with ATT beca

I have enabled port forwarding for 25565 on TCP and UDP, it works on UDP but does not for TCP, and I am following the same method, I am wondering if that port is beong blocked on Cox end on TCP.

My internet went down at 12am. The app says there is supposed to be an update...but it's supposed to start at 5am.

Welp, after a canned response of “please contact directly so we can better assist with your issue”, we again down without internet. Another 3-4hr delay. I have purchased a new house and got a second internet connection for it since I won't be moving in for a few months - can I add this location to my profile so I can change the settings for the modem?

How can I get service to my basement? My house has 3 floors and the router is on the top however we get inconsistent connection downstairs in the basement level.
