Got Gigablast finally...only getting 250mb down...sigh

Internet speed slowing after midnight

What is penalty for terminating 2 year agreement early.

Service is terrible and unreliable. Internet goes out at least every other week. Cox cannot correct over phone and techs cannot come out for 3 days or more. Want to terminate service without Cox sticking me with ridiculous penalty for poor service.
