Service is complete garbage

I’ve had the misfortune of being connected to Cox cable Internet for the past five years. And that is only because I can’t get Ocalla fiber in my neighborhood, or any other service from another company. My Internet is always lagging, and disconnecting all the time. The bill should not be 100+ dollars a month for this garbage you guys are a complete scam and rip off.
