Quest TV

I'm just curious if anyone can receive OTA DTV channel 15.5 KINC Quest TV in Las Vegas right now? I'm trying to figure out if my signal is just too weak or if it is actually off the air right now.  I guess nobody here is using an outside antenna.  PS: how come I can't post this in the TV section?  When I posted this it ended up in the Internet section.
