Permanent IPv6 needed

My IPv4 seems to be permanent. My IPv6, however, seems to change daily. This is a problem with Google analytics, because GA uses IPv6 to filter out unwanted addresses, and the filtered addresses need to be permanent. 

How do I get a permanent IPv6 assigned?
