New Orleans Uptown - Still no service

Hi,

Our street in Uptown New Orleans is still without cable/internet service but everyone around us has service.  All power has been restored as well.  I've tried calling tech support daily and signed up for text alerts, but noone will provide an estimated timeline for service to be restored and the text alerts provide no useful information.  We haven't see any cox vans/trucks in our area working on the issues.  Please advise.
