Can I get reports of outages from previous billing cycles?

I'd like to get reports of cable internet outages for previous and current billing cycles. Is there a way to get a report of these dates and times? Getting the event log from the modem and/or the alerts from the Enhanced Messaging service isn't sufficient enough proof of an outage to some employers.

Is a 'web' notification just a duplicate of an 'email' notification under the notification history on my cox account web page?

Are these two different DMCA violations or is the web notification a duplicate? The web notification has no details. I don't even understand how it's a notification since I didn't receive a notification. The only notification I got was an email.

Router (CGM4140COM) not properly negotiating 1000mbps link speeds with Ethernet connected devices.

Devices seem to keep negotiating 100mbps link speeds when they are gigabit capable. Problem only started to occur for the past month or so. Modem Reboot Nightly
