Running into huge swings of download speeds. One day or part of a day it is 120mbps, then the next, it is 22mbps. Scottsdale, AZ Panoramic, but running a Google Nest WiFi system and my desktop is 7 feet from the primary point. I use Google & Ookla to test my speeds.

Why can't I get a hold of anyone from cox? I have been trying 5 different numbers all morning and no one is answering. Even the live chat is disabled. This is unacceptable. Please tell me how I can get a hold of someone to help me.

I subscribe to Gigablast and can hit around 860 Mbps regularly on a wired PC/other devices. However, my Xbox One S AND my Xbox Series X rarely break the 100 Mbps mark and average around 80-90 Mbps when downloading games or updates. Why?

Trying to upgrade my Gigabyte Modem/router with telephone Line, Cox website only refers to the Arris TM 3402 for Gigablast and phone line. But by manufacture that model is obsolete, which live me with no options. So Cox where I can get a brand new Arris TM 3402?

Just moved to az. Got cox internet and have been getting lag spikes randomly throughout the day. Sometimes it's at night, sometimes its during the day, it is totally random. Nothing on my end changes, its just me and my laptop on the internet.
