I need COX firmware updates for C7000v2 and I'm done with these issues of slow and dropping internet?
After 3 different tech support attempts to solve dropping and firmware issues, COX can't fix my issue of firmware update. I'm really tired of the run around and reading the same problems and issues on forums. I may have to look for a new ISP soon.
