Connecting email to Yahoo mess

Just spent 1 hour and 18 minutes on the phone with Yahoo trying to get my cox.net email I have not received for 2 days. In my case I already had a Yahoo email account. The tech  showed me how to add the cox email to Yahoo. 

But on the positive side I am sure we will get a discount on our bills now with Cox since they don't provide email anymore. Time to look at other internet service providers.
