Problems with internet speed being all over the place
I currently have a 100/10 connection and am having nothing but trouble. COX please fix the spam folder problems!
Cox keeps sending personal NON spam emails to my spam folder. There is absolutely no logical reason for this.I keep clicking Not Spam but if the person replies again it's back in spam. Automatic Cancellation?
I moved out of my residence in May and paid my May bill in June. I did not need service until moving into my new residence a couple days ago. It appears that my account has been canceled although I do not recall canceling anything. Does Cox cancel accounts if inactive for 2 months? Thanks
