is anyone else out there dealing with webmail full from cox getting spamed or filling with old emails they wiped and trying to replace?

is anyone else out there dealing with webmail full from cox getting spammed or filling with old emails they wiped and trying to replace?

they say to use IMAP, but if their system doesnt archive old ones to let new ones in, what good is this part. now they systems deleting off of pop accounts in the apple mail and outlook mail. but still filling up to the extra gigs i pay extra for that they cant control or let me group, sort, or filter, to get rid of the spam they allow in. 

omg, this is 3 years and cant take it anymore!
