Why do I not have access to movies listed under the Freezone/FearNet? This is in the free movie zone and when I attempt to select a movie, it asks me to subscribe. Help!

It seems I no longer receive channel 67 which showed the daily lineup of channel offerings each day. I checked with Cox (chat) and was told I had to purchase a "box" to continue to receive channel 67 or use the on-line guide at cox.com.
