Its getting kind of tiresome that Cox's forum keeps going down for 10-15min about 4-5 times a week. I have made several posts with data, and I was told it was being escalated. What has been the outcome of those escalations? Its sloppy code, plain and simple. Who did the design work?

A few months ago on the Cox website there was a list of phone number prefixes that I would not be charged a local toll for. Any prefix not on the list I would be charged. I can not find that list now. Where can I find it? It might have been e-mailed to me as well. Not sure.

Why does this address override my name.cox.net/arizona/home address. And,why does this east.com shut me down after only 15 minutes or so? Thx. Oh, I have tried to enter arizona as https & it doesn't get accepted.

May I put in a request to add the duration of the call to the Call History. I am also still waiting for Cox to add Outgoing Toll Free numbers to the Call History, is that ever going to happen?

I noticed last night that channel 270 is showing the local weather as Iola I live in wichita that is what it usually says local is. Are there problems with that channel also channel 2002 the weather channel has been saying tem. off air for 2 days are there problems with these channels?
