I have the whole house DVR and just experienced 12+ hours when ON DEMAND was not available. It just said "No Information." Cox reset the device twice and I disconnected it from AC power twice. None of these fixed it. It just started working again after 12+ hours of outage.

Every time I listen to Pandora and then decide to check my webmail it slows. I start using Enhanced Webmail and then the music stops, then continues, stops, continues, etc... What should I do?
