Hi...How is file editing done in the online file storage? If say, I want to modify an excel file, do I need to download it to my hard drive, edit it, then re-upload? Or, can the editing be done on-line? Thanks!

ChrisL, do y'all have a newer firmware than 9.1.93N for the 6190? There's a 9.1.93V floating around supposedly. Your tier 2 folks dont see it available but Ive read on forums that it's available for Cox. Fwiw, 6190 is dog poo modem.

I DL'd the Cox Connect app on our Windows 8 laptop. It loads to show the COX word clusters at the page bottom and also allows me to login. Once I login, it shows the Filter and Settings widgets but in the center says that it can't load the plugin. Any way to fix this or did I do something wrong in s
