As a customer I have this same question. Cox is getting a new customer and then hitting them with a BS fee. I have recordings scheduled, the guide shows them as being recorded but when I look at the Recorded Programs list the shows are not there. I have tried switching users and searching but no luck. Any suggestions?

Can someone please make sure all of the on demand episodes are made avaiable. This is aggrevating and happens too often, for every single channel. Way too many programming errors with on demand. Random episodes are always missing for every show on every channel. Current example: Fox- Red Band Societ
