I have had cox cable for 4 years now! Let me say that it is the worst service I have ever had! I have the Advanced TV service and for 4 years the same show reruns are played over and over! ya'll ***! I have the whole house DVR and just experienced 12+ hours when ON DEMAND was not available. It just said "No Information." Cox reset the device twice and I disconnected it from AC power twice. None of these fixed it. It just started working again after 12+ hours of outage.

This happened to me as well. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of the season finale the screen went black and then returned to the startup screen showing zero for time elapsed in viewing. In other words, "back to the beginning". Logging out and logging in to that program on demand shows zero time elapsed.
