How do I identify the right computer -- I have run the scanner on all of them and don't get any hits. Appreciate any help

Hi...How is file editing done in the online file storage? If say, I want to modify an excel file, do I need to download it to my hard drive, edit it, then re-upload? Or, can the editing be done on-line? Thanks!
