This happened to me as well. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of the season finale the screen went black and then returned to the startup screen showing zero for time elapsed in viewing. In other words, "back to the beginning". Logging out and logging in to that program on demand shows zero time elapsed.

When I try to sign in as a Cox subscriber to the Watch NFL Network app for iOS I get a message that I am not authorized. I am able to view the HD channel on 1223, so why not through the app?

what's up with so many channels being "temporarily off the air" lately? Sometimes it is just the HD version that is off the air, sometimes it is both HD and not HD. Fox sports west, fox sports prime ticket, KDOC, NBC to name a few recent channels off of the air during the evenings

The official NFL.com site offers the Balt@NE game on your desktop but because it is NBC that is covering this game it isn't available through Cox. Why not?????????

While I'm gaming, I notice very frequent lag spikes lasting for about 5 seconds at a time. They occur about every minute or two, making my internet nearly useless.
