Our attachments do not show on our emails. The only way we see that there might be an attachment is by the email size or the sender mentions that there is an attachment. Is there a setting that I'm missing that controls this problem?

Any time I send/forward e-mail containing any thing concerning Hillary or Bill Clinton, Barack Obama etc., including forwarded or self generated, they are bounced back as Spam. I send only to a select group of recipient's. How can I get this censorship stopped?
