When I login with Gmail, I get a request screen for a user name and password in order to proceed. A save Option is available on the pop-up but it does not work. I DL'd the Cox Connect app on our Windows 8 laptop. It loads to show the COX word clusters at the page bottom and also allows me to login. Once I login, it shows the Filter and Settings widgets but in the center says that it can't load the plugin. Any way to fix this or did I do something wrong in s
