RE: bill increases
I want to report Kip K for locking my post. I talked about some technical issues in my post and he still locked it. And did not respond with a good response. Is this really how good your customer service is? I was think about leaving cox for some time now but this is just icing on the cake.
And I will make sure the forums and reviews reflect otherwise. You guys rack up my bills, not let me talk about it on the forums, and when I call you tell me I dont call enough. That I have to call 2 times a week for several months for you take me seriously.
Can I talk to someone who can make a difference?

The purpose of the Support Forum is to discuss technical topics, per the forum guidelines and introductory sticky post, and rate increases are not a technical issue.
We understand some customers may need help with their bills, and if so they can reach their local account services/billing department at the times and numbers listed here, or can contact us by the other methods listed in the sticky post.
If you have a technical issue that is not related to billing, please feel free to start a new thread. This off-topic post will now be locked.
