The speed check locks once it gets a latency error which didn't do before. We can only do a local speed check now ?

I composed a message with my email address in the"To" field. When I pressed "Send", the message portion of the screen went blank for at least a minute. I pressed "Check Mail" but I didn't receive my message. This used to work. What's Up???
