We went in to reconnect our wireless devices and found that our secure information is not there. We reset our modem and router and found that our linksys was no longer password protected. What happened and how do we fix it?

All of a sudden my "TV Caller ID" quit working. It was fine until 2/8/2014 and all of a sudden it just stopped. I have disabled and enabled 3 times to no avail. I don't understand.
