When i set up my phones voicemail i skipped making other mailboxes how do i go back and make a group mailbox where we each have our own mailbox. everytime i try it just ask to do the group mailbox greeting

How do I access my voicemail when I am away from home? I know that I call the number and then press a key. Can't remember which one.
